Set
Paste_Count
or Paste_Format
to define what to put in the clipboard so that it's available to be either
manually pasted or auto-pasted. Double click the word 'Paste' or the word
'Format' to convert the displayed data from comma delimited to single
items which can be pasted one per cell down a column. |

> to auto-paste the processed selection into the cell to the
right. |

V to
auto-fill the column to the right with the results (e.g. quantities, or
re-formatted text). |

to gather comma
delimited text into the display box -- counting it and searching it for
duplicates. In the figure above, the dialog box shows all of the reference
designators which were highlighted under "Places" -- sorted in the order
of type occurrence -- skips in numbering sequences can be seen -- no
duplicates were found. |

Click
Subtract
to remove items found in the selected cells from those in the display. |

All results displayed can be
pasted into Excel or other applications. |

Click
QueryM
(or Alt+Q when this display box is active, Ctrl+Q when this display box is
not active) to bring up the Manual Query dialog for locating items and
logging edits. |

Click on the Action
List box to choose a new action and then click Apply
when you are ready to perform that action on the section of the list you
have selected (in the figure above, the
One-row-per-part action is visible -- although that would not be
applied to the selection shown above

Use the
Ignore Ranges
mode to sort and check for duplicates in any list. |

to sort and find duplicate comma delimited text when Ignore Ranges is

to bring to focus on the screen any duplicates found when Ignore Ranges is
enabled. |

Count Ranges
mode to count and sort indexed items and items represented using
hyphenated ranges. |

Expand Ranges
to output all parts individually without placing them in hyphenated ranges
when Count Ranges is enabled. |
