If you need help converting a BOM or a netlist, please contact us.
If you send a text file of a sample BOM or netlist along with your questions, we will reply with instructions describing how to work with your format. We will send you a converted version of your file. Tell us what application the text file came from and if File_SaveAs was used to create the file or if some other way was used.
Refinate revision number: To determine which revision of Refinate you have, click anywhere within Refinate's Format display and float the cursor over the Help button. The revision will be shown.
Help File revision: The Help file for the most recent release of Refinate might be revised even if no changes are made to the program. If you have the most recent release of Refinate you might want to update your help file if you determine that you don't already have the latest one. You can find your help file revision number by clicking on the Help button of the Refinate Format display. Then open the "Overview" page and look at the top line. Compare that revision number to the most recent one shown in the list at Revision History. If you have a lower number, download the Updated Help files to become up to date (unzip it into your Refinate folder). This updated help file is only for the most recent revision of Refinate. If your Help file revision is for a lower revision of Refinate, do not download the help file update -- download the newest revision of Refinate instead.
